The Central Universities Common Entrance Test, earlier called CUCET, has recently been renamed (CUET) Central Universities Entrance Test by the National Testing Agency. Through CUET 2022, students can apply for admission to any of the country’s Central Universities. With the new CUET, every student has an equal chance of achieving and getting accepted to their first choice university. Consequently, every student will have an equal chance of passing this single admissions exam and applying to the best Cuet universities.
The UGC has released a detailed information bulletin for the CUET 2022 exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CUET-UG 2022 in the first week of July, according to the CUET Notification 2022, with the online application procedure running from April 6 through May 6.
The University of Delhi (DU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and others are among India’s 54 Central Universities. CUET 2022 will bring 44 central universities together from across the country.
The application process for CUET
Admissions are determined by the NTA’s CUET entrance exam results, which interested individuals take. All candidates who want to register for the course must fill out an online application form and complete all registration requirements.
Following the exam, a merit list of students who pass the exam is prepared. They are notified to attend the counseling procedure, following which they are assigned seats in one of the four CUET institutions. If a candidate who has been accepted into one of the institutions cannot attend the counseling session, the seat will be given to the next qualified candidate on the merit list.
The exam pattern for CUET
The exam pattern has been established by the NTA. The following are some of the topics you should focus on
- Domain-Specific Syllabus for listed subjects
- General Awareness
- Analytical Skills
- Languages
With this in mind, you can start by developing a precise schedule to cover all of them before the exam while still having time to review.
