How to Clear CUET in 1st Attempt?

Clear CUET in 1st Attempt–  This year, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022), which will be used to determine admission to undergraduate programs at all central universities run by the Ministry of Education, will be held for the first time. By doing away with entrance exams for a range of colleges with varying degrees of difficulty, CUET will serve as a single-window platform for admissions, improving efficiency and student-friendliness. By forgoing the cost of multiple admission exams, candidates will also save money, time, and effort.

This reformative approach will lessen the burden on students, universities and institutions, and the entire educational system by bringing “substantial impartiality” to the admissions process and “equitable opportunity” for applicants to appear in a single national umbrella test.

Keep your cool and composed; everyone is taking a new exam. So try not to stress too much, concentrate on the curriculum, and just use NCERT textbooks, and you will be able to ace the exam.

Maintaining a daily routine: Establish a schedule that works for you, allocating no more than two hours per day to the entrance you are preparing for. When you have free time in between your board examinations, you can adjust your strategy and concentrate more on the CUET. During your board exams, you can transfer your emphasis to your board tests.

Focus on honing your critical thinking skills; rote studying won’t do anything to help a student pass an exam. Exams are based on multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and they buck the trend in education by emphasizing conceptual comprehension, critical thinking, holistic abilities, and decision-making aptitude over memorizing the syllabus.

Exam practice paper: The exam is available online and requires preparation. To become familiar with the exam format and paper design, it is advised to take as many practice tests as possible. One can practice using the free practice tests on our website to acquire a sense of how an online testing system operates, as well as to identify their areas of weakness and take appropriate action.

Planning is the Key

Focus on weaker topics and not spend excess time on their strengths while preparing. Make sure you are using subject knowledge from high school streams in the CUET 2022 domain sections. a minimum of 7-8 hours daily should be allotted towards CUET 2022 preparation in the last 5-6 weeks, out of which 1 hour should purely be for revision. learn topics as a whole and then practice them through topic/chapter tests, rather than learning them in bits and pieces. Even if you are unable to cover a large portion of concepts, limited content should be revised to get the maximum effect in the weakest and the strongest areas. Previous year papers, mock question tests, and sample questions especially MCQ and objective based should regularly be attempted by candidates.
