The Central University of Tamil Nadu is a prestigious university that was established in 2009. It is affiliated with the University Grants Commission and is located in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. It provides admission to many UG, PG, and Doctorate level courses, including Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Law, Engineering, and Library Science. The application form for admission to the new session 2022 will be available soon from the university.
To gain admission, the applicant must pass a difficult and tricky entrance exam. Only candidates with a high intellectual level and prior knowledge will be able to pass. CUTN has a world-class infrastructure as well as qualified faculty. Some courses have merit-based admission, and the university prepares the merit list and posts it on the website.

Central University of Tamil Nadu Eligibility
BPA: Candidates with a 10+2 grade point average of 50% or higher from a recognised institute may apply for the Bachelor of Performing Arts programme at Central University of Tamil Nadu.
B.sc- Bachelor of Science is a three-year UG level degree programme. To be admitted to this programme, students must have completed 10+2 with 50 percent or higher in the science stream.
B.Ed: Students who have completed their bachelor’s degree can pursue a Bachelor of Education programme at the Central University of Tamil Nadu. B.Ed is a professional degree programme at the undergraduate level that takes at least two years to complete.
Central University of Tamil Nadu Undergraduate Admissions:
Until 2020, admission to Central University of Tamil Nadu was based on the university’s in-house entrance test and 12th Merits. But from now onwards the entrance will be based on the CU-CET exam, a common entrance test for all central universities.
