CUET Central University of Kashmir – Process, Top Programs, Eligibility & More

The Central University of Kashmir was founded in Srinagar in 2009. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has recognised the university, and it is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The National Assessment and Accreditation Council has accredited it with a “B++” grade (NAAC). The University offers undergraduate admissions in a variety of fields, including Science, Technology, Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Application, and others. These are available through nine constituent schools. Undergraduate admission is based on the CUCET national level competitive exam. For admission to some of its courses, the university holds an entrance exam. The Central University of Kashmir also has a Distance Education Directorate.

Remaining 50% seats will be filled on the basis of merit in the Central Universities Entrance Test 2022 to be conducted by NTA

BBA BBA General Test BBA:  Students who have passed PU/Plus Two examination from a recognized Indian or foreign Institutions/Board (as per foreign equivalence list) and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for OBC {NON CREAMY LAYER},  SC, ST, PWD and Kashmiri Migrant and non‐migrant pandits ) marks. The merit list shall be prepared based on the students   score from  Section  III :   General Test.
B Sc B.Sc.(Physics and Chemistry) Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry B.Sc (Physics and Chemistry): Students who have passed PU/Plus Two examination with 50% marks (45% for OBC {NON CREAMY LAYER}, SC, ST, PWD and Kashmiri Migrant and nonmigrant pandits) and having studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The merit list shall be prepared based on the students   score from Section II: Domain Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Depending on the subject taken in the third year by merit-cum-choice, B.Sc.(LifeScience) or B.Sc. (Geology) degree will be awarded.
B Sc B.Sc.(Mathematics and Computer Science) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics B.Sc (Mathematics  and Computer Science):  Students who have passed PU/Plus Two examination with 50% marks (45% for OBC {NON CREAMY LAYER}, SC, ST, PWD and Kashmiri Migrant and non migrant pandits) and having studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).  The merit list shall be prepared based on the students score from Section II: Domain Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects). The Central University of Kashmir provides a variety of undergraduate programmes. Candidates must have passed 10+2 to be admitted to the courses at Central University of Kashmir, and admission is based on an entrance exam/CUCET. The Central University of Kashmir offers the following undergraduate courses:

B.Voc. Tourism and Hospitality Management HSC or its equivalent with at least 50% marks from a recognised board (45% for OBC/SC/ ST/PWD candidates) and a valid CUCET score.

Central University of Kashmir Undergraduate Admissions:

Central University of Kashmir held its own entrance exam to admit students to the UG programmes. Admissions to Central University of Kashmir;s UG programmes will be based on the Central Universities Common Entrance Test beginning in the academic year 2021. (CUCET). CUCET will be a common entrance exam for all UG programmes offered by the Central Universities.
