The Central University of Himachal Pradesh was established in 2009 by an act of Parliament with the goal of ensuring undivided attention is given to the socioeconomic conditions and welfare of the people in order to develop them intellectually, academically, and culturally, as well as establishing and educating manpower for developing and promoting science and technology for the overall development of the country. Central University of Himachal Pradesh is NAAC-accredited and ranked (-) in the NIRF 2020.

Central University Of Himachal Pradesh UG Programs Eligibility:

To avail admission in Central University of Himachal Pradesh, one must fulfil all the criteria as laid down by the respective faculties of the University.

• B.Sc. (Honors): 10+2 in Science Stream with 50% score
• B.A. (Honors): 10+2 with 50% score or Prak-Shastri Part- II or Visharad examination
• BFA: 10+2 in any stream with 50% score
• B.Voc: 10+2 in any stream with 40% score

Central Central University of Himachal Pradesh Undergraduate Admissions: 

Until 2020, admission to Central University of Himachal Pradesh was based on the university’s in-house entrance test and 12th Merits. But from now onwards the entrance will be based on the CU-CET exam, a common entrance test for all central universities.
